Jig Installation Sequence

The Mono Rails are suspended from roof bolts with 16mm chain fastened to each end of the Mono Rail.

The T-Piece end of the Mono Rail is inserted into the slot of the next Mono Rail and levelled.

The Burden Control is slid over the Mono Rail from the up
dip side.

The Hanger Assembly is now suspended from the Mono Rail and the Stabilizer Rod is
fastened to Hanger Assembly.

The Boom is then suspended to the Hanger Assembly and Locking Pins are installed to prevent horizontal movement
once thrust is applied.

The Rockdrill is then fitted onto the Saddle Clamp fitted to the Boom and Stabilizing Rod is fastened to hanging wall to prevent vertical movement once thrust is applied.

All services are connected to Rockdrill and Remote Control Unit.

The jumper is installed in the Rockdrill and End Plate through the Collaring Bush and Safety Pins are installed.

Set-up is complete and drilling can commence.
